The Loaded Mixes page provides an analysis of feed mixes loaded during a specific period. It includes two primary tabs: By Ingredient and By Day, offering detailed insights into ingredients used, their weights, costs, and other metrics.


Tabs and Features

1. By Ingredient

This tab summarizes the data for each ingredient used in loaded mixes. Users can view totals and daily averages for the following metrics:

  • As Fed (Kg): Total weight of the ingredient as fed.
  • As Fed (Tonne): Total weight converted to tonnes.
  • DM Weight (Kg): Total dry matter weight of the ingredient.
  • DM Weight (Tonne): Dry matter weight in tonnes.
  • Cost (€): Total cost of the ingredient used.

Additional Functionality:

  • Clicking on an ingredient row reveals a dropdown with granular details:
    • Date: Specific dates the ingredient was used.
    • As Fed (Kg): Weight of the ingredient as fed on that date.
    • DM Weight (Kg): Dry matter weight for the date.
    • Accuracy (%): The accuracy of the weight loaded compared to planned weight.
    • Breakdown by Ration and Operator:
      • Ration: Planned versus loaded weights for different rations.
      • Operator: Planned versus loaded weights by individual operators, with accuracy percentages.

2. By Day

This tab shows the daily summaries of all loaded mixes. It includes:

  • Date: Specific day of loading activity.
  • As Fed (Kg): Total weight as fed for the day.
  • DM Weight (Kg): Dry matter weight for the day.
  • Cost (€): Total cost of loaded mixes for the day.

Filter Options:

  • Toggle between viewing data by Fresh Weight or Dry Matter Weight.

Additional Features

  1. Date Range Selector: Narrow down results to a specific date range for analysis.
  2. Export Options:
    • Users can export the data in PDF or Excel format.
    • Visual summaries can also be downloaded as charts.

Practical Use Cases

  1. Ingredient Usage Analysis:
    • Identify trends in ingredient usage over time.
    • Monitor costs associated with specific ingredients.
  2. Operator Performance Review:
    • Evaluate the accuracy of operators in loading ingredients.
